The lines the office tracks
A person in the office marks each certificate received. JobCert keeps the file, the expiry, and the reminder. When the packet is complete, download a binder for the job.
Where your documents live
JobCert is built by Ironclad Ops, a veteran-owned product studio in Forney, TX. Questions go to hello@ironclad-ops.com.
- Certificate files sit in a private Vercel Blob store. They are not public links. Vercel encrypts every Blob file with AES-256 at rest.
- A logged-in office opens a file only after the app checks that the file belongs to that account.
- Jobs, subs, and coverage records are stored in Turso. The site is served over HTTPS.
- Cards are handled by Stripe. JobCert stores the Stripe customer and subscription ids, not the card number.
- Mail goes out through Resend.
- A sub with an upload link sees that job’s checklist. The link does not open another office’s files.
- Demo office copies are deleted after 24 hours. A job can be downloaded as a PDF or ZIP binder.

Founding rate, locked while subscribed
The first 25 GC accounts pay $29 a month. That rate stays $29 for as long as the subscription stays active. Account 26 and after pay $49 a month. The trial is 14 days and does not ask for a card.
