Ironclad Ops, in Forney, Texas, operates JobCert. This policy describes what we store when a general contractor uses the board, and when a subcontractor uploads a certificate through a link. Questions go to hello@ironclad-ops.com.
What we collect
From the GC account: name, company, email, a hashed password, and billing status. From the subs the office adds: company name, trade, email, and phone. From the work itself: jobs, coverage lines, expiry dates, notes, and the certificate files (PDFs and photos).
We also keep the mail we send or save: upload links, reminders, feedback, and password resets. Stripe processes cards. We store Stripe customer and subscription ids. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to run the jobs board, show upload links, send reminders, build binders, bill the subscription, answer support, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
The account and job records live in a Turso database. Certificate files live in private Vercel Blob storage. They are not public links. Email goes through Resend. Payments go through Stripe. The app is hosted on Vercel. Those companies process data only so JobCert can run.
Who can see a file
A certificate is visible to the GC account that owns the job, and to whoever has that job’s upload link. One office cannot open another office’s files.
The demo office
“Open the demo office” creates a private sample copy. We delete demo copies 24 hours after they are created. Demo mail is not sent.
How long we keep it
Account data and files stay until you delete them or ask us to close the account. Password-reset links expire after one hour and work once. Demo copies are deleted after 24 hours.
Your choices
Email hello@ironclad-ops.com to access, correct, or delete a GC account. A sub who wants a certificate removed should ask the office that collected it. We will help that office delete it.
Security
Passwords are hashed. The session cookie is httpOnly. Certificate files are stored privately. No method of storage is perfect.
JobCert is a business tool for contractors. It is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
