JobCert

Terms of Service

Updated October 7, 2026

These terms cover use of JobCert, operated by Ironclad Ops in Forney, Texas. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to hello@ironclad-ops.com.

The service

JobCert is a board that shows whether a job has the certificates your office asked for before the start date. It does not sell insurance, issue certificates, or decide whether a policy is enough for a job.

Accounts

One account is for one GC office. You are responsible for the people who use your login, and for keeping the password private. Account information needs to be accurate. The sample office email domain is reserved and cannot be used to sign up.

Certificates and sub information

You may store a subcontractor’s contact details and insurance documents only when you have a right to do that for the work. You are responsible for what you upload and for what you ask a sub to upload. Ironclad Ops stores those files for you. We do not review them for coverage.

Acceptable use

Do not use JobCert to break the law, to get into someone else’s account, to upload malware, or to send mail beyond the certificate messages the product sends to addresses you entered.

Trial and price

The trial is 14 days and does not require a card. The founding rate is $29 a month for the first 25 GC accounts, and it stays at that price while the subscription stays active. Later accounts pay $49 a month. Stripe processes payment. If a trial ends without a card on file, the subscription stops.

Demo

The public demo is a private sample office. We delete those copies after 24 hours. Demo mail is not sent, and a demo does not take a founding seat or start a subscription.

Email and uptime

We email upload links and reminders to the addresses you enter, and account mail to you. Delivery depends on the recipient’s mail provider. We work to keep JobCert available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted.

What green means

A green job means your checklist is complete: the required lines are marked received and the dates you entered still cover the start date. It does not mean a carrier will cover a claim.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ironclad Ops is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for a job that starts without the coverage you needed. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending an account

You can stop using JobCert and ask us to delete the account. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Law

Texas law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Kaufman County, Texas are the venue, except where the law requires otherwise.
